CRS has successfully created an Applicant Acceptance Process that has improved the quality of our employees at our customers facilities.

  • Application: The CRS Application is used to capture all the pertinent documentation about each associate.
  • Personal Interview: CRS conducts a face to face interview.
  • Employee Verification: CRS verifies proof of eligibility to be employed in the United States on every associate we hire. In addition we contact past employers as a referencable source to understand the associates track record and verify employment dates and performance.
